Although buyers have an advantage, it is imperative that you have financing lined up and ready to go before you begin looking at homes. If you're not able to present a pre-approval letter with an offer, you just might be passed up for someone who can. If you are not familiar with any lenders, I would be happy to recommend a few lenders with whom I have had successful transactions.
